The Verbier Golf Course is located in the Val de Bagnes, in the canton of Valais in Switzerland, at an altitude of 1600 meters and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, including the majestic Swiss Alps.
The Verbier Golf Course is an 18-hole mountain course designed by golf architects Peter Harradine and Jean-Claude Cornilloud. It is open from June to October and is accessible to all levels of players.
The course starts with a short par 3 hole, then the difficulty increases rapidly with longer holes and natural obstacles such as trees, streams and steep slopes. The fairways are narrow and the greens are often sloped, adding an extra level of difficulty.
One of the most spectacular holes is the 7th hole, a 180 meter par 3. This hole requires an uphill shot onto a green surrounded by bunkers and trees. Players will also have to be careful when playing the 13th hole, a par 4 with a downhill green and a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc.
The golf course has a modern and well-equipped clubhouse with a restaurant offering a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
Golf de Verbier is a unique place to play golf, with breathtaking views and a challenging course that will test players of all levels.
